Vaibhav slams four sixes in opening over
The 15-year-old signalled his intent from the very outset, hammering Praful Hinge for four sixes in the opening over. His early onslaught left SRH reeling and the Jaipur crowd electrified. He continued with the blistering tempo, and ensured to dismantle the bowling attack with audacious strokeplay.
Cummins returns to the pitch
Meanwhile, SRH welcomed Pat Cummis, who recently recovered from a lumbar stress injury. Leading the side once again, he won the toss and sent RR to bat. Cummins replaced Dilshan Madushanka in the playing XI, while Praful Hinge succeeded Harsh Dubey. Speaking at the toss, Cummins exuded confidence despite his recent lay-off, saying he felt physically fit and well-prepared after undergoing training sessions.
