Opportunities for Youth

The program aims to recruit 4,865 interns across the state to strengthen grassroots governance. Under this scheme, approximately 15 youths will be selected from each development block. These selected candidates will work at the block level and receive a monthly stipend of ₹10,000.

Digital Monitoring

The interns will be responsible for collecting data on government schemes through digital platforms. Their primary role will be to Study the social impact of various welfare schemes. Assess the extent to which benefits are reaching the common public. Gather real-time feedback from the ground.

Real-Time monitoring

Data collected by the interns will be compiled on a state-level dashboard and portal. This will provide Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and relevant departments with real-time monitoring capabilities. The objective is to ensure that government benefits reach the "last person" in the queue and to implement necessary improvements based on direct field feedback.
