Education news: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is expected to announce the results of the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2025 in the upcoming days. For the unversed, the interview process commenced in January 2026, and was held at the UPSC headquarters at Dholpur House in National capital New Delhi. It is noteworthy that the personality test round carries 275 marks, and also marks the final stage of the selection process. The combined scores of the written exam and interview determine a candidate’s rank in the final merit list. The candidates who emerge successful in both the written test and the interview round will be eligible for elite services such as the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Revenue Service, Indian Trade Service, and other Group A and B central services.
