Todays Market Updates - 11/05/2026
Today lots of ups and down was seen in the market Because of the dilemma of peace talks between US and Israel and agains the attackes of America on Iran there was seeen negaitive sentiments in the market as a result there is a decline and market closed today with a decline of 1312.91 points at 76015.28 and the Nifty closed with a decline of 360.30 points at 23815.85. In today's trading also , geopolitical tension across the border was seen, the prices of Crude oil have gone down by 107 dollars per barrel since the Strait of Hormuz is not open yet and are more likely the situation is not much clear but if it goes up the risk of inflation will increase. Today the share price of Auto, Banking, and Realty sector saw the most significant losses.
Today, a mixed movement was seen in the Asian Markets also, Japan Nikkei closed with a decrease of 0.47% of 295.77 points at 62417.88 points , while Chinese markets Shanghai Composite Index closed today with a increase of 1.08% of 45.07 points at 4225.02 , the South Koreas kospi Index increased by 4.32% by 324.24 points and closed at 7822.24 points and Hangseng Index of Hongkong was closed today with a increase of 0.05% by 13.13 points at 26406.84 points.The American markets on 08th May 2026 closed with a increase , Dow Jones increased by 0.02% by 12.19 points and closed at 49609.16 points whereas S&P 500 index increased by 0.84% by 61.82 points and closed at 7398.93 points.
